one day, a few years back, our sister Connie (she taught me how to do the chinese rice too) invites us for lunch. she makes these tasty potato wedges and we get hooked. they are easy and fast to make.
you can also bake them if you don’t want the whole deep frying process, maybe i’ll put that up soon, but meanwhile enjoy these 🙂
